Colonoscopy Preparation — What to Do
- 2 days before: switch to a low-fibre diet. Avoid seeds, nuts, raw vegetables and red meat.

- Morning of procedure: nothing to eat or drink from midnight. Arrive 1 hour before your scheduled time.
